Bilintur Catering Centre (BCC)

Bilintur Catering Centre is a member of Bilintur Group that operates both on a national and international scale on a variety of platforms since 1993. Main operation areas of the company are; industrial catering, boutique catering and restaurant - cafe operations management.

In 1993, main reason of establishing a catering company by Bilintur Group was, to provide food and beverage services to the Bilkent University. But since then, the capacity of Bilintur Catering Centre reached to over 60.000 pax, with ability to cater all around  Turkey.

Universiade; one of the worlds’ most important sports organisations which is held among the university youths and known as university olympic games is a success story for Bilintur Catering Centre. BCC provided all catering services as the Official Food Supplier during games at İzmir in 2005.

Bilintur Catering Centre is managed and operated by a team of professionals. The team takes international management values into consideration for providing a continous product and service quality with its 12 management departments.

As with all members of the Bilkent  Holding Co. Inc., every level of  each process is monitored and these records are shared with government authorities if required.
