Message from General Manager

 

When we take a look at the last 20 years from the day Bilintur was first established, we are so satisfied with the point that, either in business of hotel management and investment, catering services, or museum management. The significance of this success should be appreciated for the whole Bilkent Family.

 

The company played an important role at the hotel management business. We have signed giant contracts that establish quality standards in catering industry. For the first time in Turkey, we have started museum store management and we achieve company  goals with our determination. This type of success stories could only be achieved by a well supported organizations which take place in a long established large institutions.  

 

Success of the Bilintur has come true with the Company’s members that, showed steady, self-sacrificing and dedicated efforts both in the past and present. The main reason we reached to this point today is, without compromising our basic values we will keep on highlighting our company values even for the future. Basic company values are; confidence, consistency, integrity and respect to the human that made the basic relationship amongst customers of Bilintur and Bilkent Family. We will work hard to fulfill  infrastructure that will be needed for the company values which will carry Bilintur Spirit for the upcoming challenges. This will lead to Bilintur’s basic institutional culture.


We have chosen goals for the future of Bilintur. To begin with;  one of the most important goal that we have realize is a boom in our business. This means, to achieve brand new projects, finding new capabilities of our own and reaching to potential customers to have better relations for their upcoming plans and businesses. Secondly, is to keep our quality standards that we wiil never give up as it is very important for the reputation and trustworthiness of our brand: Bilintur.  Thirdly, we should keep going investing on our human resources which is our one of the most important values as a company. Quality of our human resources will enable us to compete to our rivals along with new business concepts without decreasing our institutional standards. Our institutional culture makes it possible that there are no borders to achieve our goals unless if the goals are irrational and unethical. This is only possible if we enlarge our business to new areas of service and experiencing new conditions without putting any boundaries and biases to our way of thinking. As a result this means, being open minded to new experiences and managing our business with a area of freedom.

 

These ideas are the founding principles of Bilintur and these principles give us the determination and energy for creating future sucess stories with the experiences that we gained through tthe years.
